Este nivel se trata de eficiencia.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The Tool:<\/strong> Un im\u00e1n de contactor dedicado o el mango aislado con la forma perfecta de un destornillador Klein de alta calidad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>(por ejemplo, un interruptor de 100 A funcionando a 120 A durante 10 minutos).<\/strong> debe ser reemplazado. <em>f\u00edsicamente<\/em> fuerzan el \u00e9mbolo hacia abajo. Y durante 10 a\u00f1os, podr\u00edas pensar que es la <em>mejor<\/em> manera.<\/p>\n<p>Pero no lo es. Es <em>diagn\u00f3sticamente incompleto<\/em>. Van directamente al \u201ccerebro\u201d de bajo voltaje: los terminales de la bobina A1 y A2. Aplican el voltaje de control correcto directamente, simulando la <em>exacto<\/em> se\u00f1al del PLC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Este simple paso es lo que los convierte en un \u201cmaestro\u201d. Resuelve <strong>\u201cEl punto ciego del diagn\u00f3stico\u201d.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 el momento \u201c\u00a1Aj\u00e1!\u201d:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Si el contactor se activa (\u00a1CLONK!):<\/strong> Acabas de demostrar que el <em>contactor completo<\/em> (bobina, enlace mec\u00e1nico, <em>y<\/em> contactos) funciona perfectamente. El problema es <em>La \"Pesadilla\":<\/em> (el PLC, el cableado de control, el enclavamiento).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Si el contactor no se <em>doesn\u2019t<\/em> activa:<\/strong> Has encontrado el <em>real<\/em> fallo: <strong>una bobina defectuosa.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Piense en eso.<\/p>\n<p>El \u201cVeterano\u201d (Nivel 2) habr\u00eda forzado el \u00e9mbolo con su im\u00e1n. El motor funcionar\u00eda. \u00c9l habr\u00eda <em>pasado por alto completamente la bobina rota.<\/em>. Habr\u00eda culpado al PLC y habr\u00eda perdido tres horas solucionando el problema equivocado... solo para que el motor fallara de nuevo en el segundo en que retirara su im\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>El \u201cMaestro\u201d encuentra la verdadera falla en 30 segundos.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>PRO-TIP:<\/strong> Siempre use un <strong>puente con fusible<\/strong> para esto. Es la diferencia entre un profesional y un tomador de riesgos. Si accidentalmente toca tierra o cortocircuita algo, quemar\u00e1 un fusible de 50 centavos.
