Typy NEMA nejsou p\u0159\u00edmo ekvivalentn\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed IP, i kdy\u017e p\u0159\u00edloha A NEMA 250 poskytuje hrubou p\u0159evodn\u00ed tabulku.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pro-tip:<\/strong> V severoamerick\u00fdch instalac\u00edch specifikujte typy NEMA, abyste zajistili shodu s NEC a schv\u00e1len\u00ed AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction). Pro mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed projekty nebo p\u0159i c\u00edlen\u00ed na specifick\u00e9 sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e vystaven\u00ed prachu\/vod\u011b specifikujte hodnocen\u00ed IP. Pochopen\u00ed toho, co ka\u017ed\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo skute\u010dn\u011b testuje \u2013 nejen \u0161t\u00edtek \u2013 v\u00e1m \u0159ekne, zda krabice p\u0159e\u017eije va\u0161e specifick\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>Prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00edslice: Ochrana proti prachu a pevn\u00fdm \u010d\u00e1stic\u00edm (IP<strong>X<\/strong>X)<\/h3>\n<p>Pro spojovac\u00ed krabice maj\u00ed v praxi v\u00fdznam pouze dv\u011b hodnocen\u00ed:<\/p>\n<p><strong>IP5X \u2013 Chr\u00e1n\u011bno proti prachu<\/strong><br \/>\nJe povolen omezen\u00fd vnik prachu, ale ne v mno\u017estv\u00edch, kter\u00e1 by naru\u0161ovala bezpe\u010dn\u00fd provoz nebo se hromadila do nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch \u00farovn\u00ed. Test vystavuje kryt prachu ve vzduchu (mastek nebo podobn\u00fd) v uzav\u0159en\u00e9 komo\u0159e po dobu 8 hodin, zat\u00edmco je kryt pod podtlakem (pro simulaci nejhor\u0161\u00edho p\u0159\u00edpadu vniknut\u00ed). Po testu intern\u00ed kontrola potvrd\u00ed, \u017ee nedo\u0161lo k \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 \u0161kodliv\u00e9 akumulaci prachu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Praktick\u00e1 realita:<\/strong> IP5X je dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed pro v\u011bt\u0161inu venkovn\u00edch aplikac\u00ed, kde se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 ob\u010dasn\u00fd jemn\u00fd prach, ale nebude se hromadit do \u0161kodliv\u00fdch \u00farovn\u00ed \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad exteri\u00e9ry budov v m\u011bstsk\u00fdch\/p\u0159\u00edm\u011bstsk\u00fdch oblastech, osv\u011btlen\u00ed parkovi\u0161\u0165, podlo\u017eky pro za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed HVAC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IP6X \u2013 Prachot\u011bsn\u00e9<\/strong><br \/>\nNulov\u00fd vnik prachu.
